We are looking for an
AREA SALES MANAGER
to develop a network of preferred contractors and architects as well as provide professional sales and technical service to selected customers in Finland.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the whole sales process from prospecting to closing, for both new and existing customers and exceed set sales targets. You will specify Benchmark facade products to designers, contractors and investors. Manage and develop effective customer relationships. You will have a great opportunity to manage your own work, so you must be self-driven, well-organized and accustomed to taking the initiative and making decisions. You will resolve any issues in relation to services and materials supplied by the company, Sales Director will provide assistance when needed. You are expected to develop a technical knowledge to enable specification to favour our products in order to offer our customers the best possible service. Traveling is required in this position.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with innovative products. You have earlier experience and understanding to evaluate, quote and follow up identified projects through to WIN or LOSE status. You have at least 3 years of experience in B-to-B project sales, preferably technical sales. We hope you have relevant education eg. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business. You communicate fluently in Finnish and in English. As a person you are sales target driven, solution oriented, have excellent negotiating and presentation skills. Your attitude is professional and humble.
