Development Engineer (Product specialist)
Your task is to develop a wide range of insulation products and solutions as well as understand and improve product properties. The tasks include executing development projects in cooperation with internal and external partners. You will additionally provide expert services in your field of work.
You are passionate about development and turning ideas into business benefit. You have a university degree in building technology, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering or material technology. You are a performance oriented team member and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a project team and you have experience from working with a wide network. You have a track record of demanding development project management tasks. Success in this position requires good English skills and readiness to travel. Experience from development of building materials or products is beneficial. The position is located in Parainen, Finland.
Development Engineer (Projects)
Your key task is to develop a wide range of insulation products and solutions. You will be performing both “fast track” problem solving as well as long-term development projects, where tomorrow’s novel solutions are initiated. All projects will be executed in cooperation with internal and external partners.
You are passionate about progress and turning ideas into business benefit. You value continuous learning process and you are not afraid to think outside the box to reach the best possible outcome for your partners every time. You have the ability to work independently as well as in a project team, and you have experience from demanding project management tasks. You have a university degree preferably in building or material technology. You have a track record of several years from relevant development tasks and you have experience from working with a wide network. Success in this position requires good social and networking skills, fluent English and readiness to travel. The position is located in Parainen, Finland.
