Head of Property Management, Nordic & Baltic Sea Region

We are now looking for a new real estate professional to join our Group Real Estate team in Helsinki. We offer you a position where you will be identifying, tracking and solving property management matters in our operating countries in the Scandinavia and Baltic Sea region. You will work closely with our Chief Real Estate Officer, the Real Estate Team and local Business Units.
Your main role includes operative responsibility of property management and maintenance in the given geographical region. You have the right attitude managing the service providers and driving process including development projects for real estate functions, with a matrix role towards the Property Managers in the local Business Units. Additionally, your role will vary from supporting property development projects to take part in portfolio management and acquisitions.
We are looking for a person with technical problem-solving skills and financial understanding of e.g. budgeting and cost effectiveness. You already have relevant experience in the property management field and want to take you career to the next level.
You have a Master or Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, 5-10 years of work experience in real estate operations from e.g. a consulting, property management or property investment company. We expect you to have experience in international work environment and to be an excellent team player, who can work independently when required. You are fluent in English and Finnish and have readiness to travel.
