to drive our business, after completing a successful turnaround, into sustainable, profitable growth and to utilize all the synergies of Zehnder Group.
You will be responsible for the creation and execution of local strategy with the focus of growing and developing the business with a long-term perspective. Part of this is also developing a plan to roll out Zehnder products in Nordics and gaining an equivalent market position as in other Group regions. As Managing Director, you will ensure that the IBU (Integrated Business Unit) is running in the most efficient and effective manner to profitably meet customer’s expectations. You will have full P&L responsibility for Enervent Zehnder Oy, Exvent AS and Ventener Ab.
You will lead the management team of Enervent Zehnder and coach as well as develop people across the entire organization. You will also directly lead our Sales function and develop a customer driven and effective sales organization with a culture of performance and innovation. It is natural, that you will stay in personal contact with key customers and other relevant stakeholders.
You will report directly to the Head of Sales EMEA, a member of the Group Executive Committee at Zehnder Group.
To be successful in the role we expect you to have solid international leadership experience with P&L responsibility in industrial environment supplying construction sector. You possess also a proven track record of translating strategies and concepts efficiently into concrete and successful actions and growing a business. You have a relevant educational background (for example Master’s degree in business administration/economics/technology/engineering) and you can communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
