SALES MANAGER/RESIDENTIAL

The purpose of your role is to grow the residential business by utilizing the unique product range of FläktGroup, shifting from product selling towards creating innovative, attractive solutions providing additional customer value. In your job, you will take the best of Iloxair and Fläkt Woods products, and turn them into holistic solutions for the benefit of customers within residential ventilation business.

Your key target is to build an organisation focusing on residential ventilation business, combining the knowledge and expertise from both Fläkt Woods- and Iloxair-organisations. You build a vision, lead and manage the sales operations and work closely together with the key customers. You are at home when negotiating with engineering-, building- and construction-companies, architects and whole-sellers. As a person, you are entrepreneurial, target-oriented and aim to provide customers with the best possible, end-to-end-solutions that have to do with ecological smart housing and air-conditioning.

Ideally, you have a proven track-record in leading sales within a b-to-b-environment, and are familiar with house-building business.
