Your main role is to lead our recognized high business potential development projects and to build up the business around them. You work closely together with customers, key influencers and our development, sales and production teams. We expect you to be an innovative and highly driven person. You have a technical education, at minimum B.Sc. is preferred. You have knowledge on building processes. You communicate fluently in English and Finnish or Swedish, preferably both. You have good communication and co-operation skills. You are result oriented, take initiative and get things done. On top of technical skills, you have understanding and interest on sales and commercial issues. You have knowledge and experience on effective and successful project management. Proven track record of building up businesses is an advantage.
