We are looking for a Facility Manager to strengthen our facility management team in Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
You will take care of selected Technopolis properties with determined touch. You handle all external and internal customer interfaces with a five star service attitude and solid professionalism.
As a Facility Manager you are responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of property maintenance and customer fit-outs. You serve as the key contact for the customer requests and facility expert to the internal sales and service organization. Together with your colleague you manage service providers and long term investment planning.
We expect you to have similar work experience and a highly commercial way of thinking. Successful performance in this position calls for good social skills. You are an excellent team player, who can work independently when required. Additionally, you speak and write in English and Finnish fluently.
